Our team excelled in the design and creation of construction documents for a visionary land side master plan, encompassing a spectrum of improvements.

This included the meticulous design of the site master plan, geometry plan, demolition plan, as well as paving, grading, and drainage solutions. Noteworthy elements comprised a new main entrance road, an expansive paved long-term parking area, two strategically positioned staff parking areas, and a dedicated rental car parking space. Additionally, we designed modern curbside loading/unloading areas and their associated access drives, ensuring a seamless flow of operations.

Addressing critical infrastructure needs, our scope extended to sewer system enhancements, featuring the design of a cutting-edge 30,000 GPD sewage treatment plant, sewer pump station, and force main. To encapsulate our commitment to precision, we meticulously prepared technical specifications and construction cost estimates, ensuring transparency and accuracy throughout the project. The resulting parking lot, boasting 360 spaces, stands as a testament to our proficiency in delivering holistic design and construction solutions.
