WATER & SEWER

Hialeah Water main

We engineered a new transmission water main, linking MDWASD Preston Water Plant to NW 87th Avenue and W. 80th Street, expanding utility services for the newly annexed City of Hialeah area.

pump station upgrades

We delivered comprehensive engineering solutions, enhancing existing Pump Stations with upgrades such as new pumping units, electrical control panels, telemetry systems, and more.

Hialeah force main

We seamlessly connected NW 87th Avenue and W. 80th Street to the existing MDWASD force main at W. 8th Avenue and W. 76th Street, expanding utility services for the City of Hialeah's newly annexed area.

roadway & transportation

NW 138 STREET

Services included drainage enhancements, street lighting, signalization, and the design of a new canal, transforming NW 138th Street into a 6-lane divided roadway with strategically placed intersections for improved traffic flow.

Hialeah Roads

We delivered comprehensive engineering services encompassing design, construction documents, permitting, and pre-construction support for over 26 miles of roadways, incorporating essential drainage improvements for enhanced infrastructure.

WEST DIXIE HIGHWAY

We provided design of roadway enhancements along West Dixie Highway from NE 163rd Street to NE 173rd Street. This encompassed a comprehensive reconstruction of about ¾ miles, featuring 4-lane roadway improvements, drainage enhancements, 3 new signalized intersections, a new 4-lane concrete bridge across a canal, street lighting, and associated upgrades.

Municipal

hialeah fleet station

Our comprehensive services for the Fleet Fueling Station included upgrading pavements, drainage, fuel management, security systems, electrical components, and infrastructure for enhanced functionality.

Dante fascell park

We provided engineering design services for the creation of a state-of-the-art Community Building at Dante Fascell Park, featuring enhanced parking facilities and tennis lighting for the City of South Miami. Our proposed upgrades adhered to the approved guidelines and design standards set by the City, Miami-Dade County, and local regulatory agencies.

miami springs gymnasium

We delivered a design-build project featuring a new 37,851 SF gymnasium and a 107-car parking lot, with expertise in on-site utilities, water main extension, paving, grading, drainage, permitting, and construction phase services.

Construction Management

SW 69 STREET

We supported the City of Miami with on-demand engineering and technical personnel, offering Construction Engineering and Observation Services for various citywide projects, including the provision of full-time on-site inspection personnel and supervisors for continuous project oversight.

Naranja Lakes CRA

Our services included project oversight, advising on contract awards, approving payment requests, recommending changes, ensuring budget adherence for the Developer, regular meetings, site visits, and consultation with the CRA, ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the construction process.

Ponce De Leon Blvd

We provided essential construction administration support and inspection services for the Ponce de Leon Boulevard Median Beautification project, meeting the Department's requirements and fulfilling FDOT's LAP Program standards.

Education

florida international university

We have worked on over 23 projects for the University, providing a thorough understanding of existing site conditions, facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems across all FIU campuses.

university of miami

SRS provided civil engineering design and construction support services for the construction of the new Hecht Athletic Center Renovation and New Indoor Practice Facility. All work was done in accordance with the accepted practices and design standards of the University and local regulatory agencies.

miami dade college

SRS is currently conducting a thorough site drainage investigation and preparing a detailed report specifying the necessary steps for removing the existing drainage system in the adjacent lot to the west of the Freedom Tower Building.

AVIATION

mia int'l airport

Our work includes a comprehensive study and recommendations for improving the drainage system of the 2000-vehicle, 700-acre employee parking lot at Miami International Airport, adhering to DERM and South Florida Water Management District design criteria.

owen roberts airport

Our services included designing and preparing construction documents for landside master plan improvements, encompassing features like site master plan, geometry plan, demolition plan, paving, grading, drainage, new entrance road, long-term parking, staff and rental car parking areas, curbside loading zones, and access drives.

tamiami airport

We delivered comprehensive civil engineering services for the construction of a new hangar building, parking facilities, aircraft apron, and associated improvements at Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport. Our scope also encompassed the design of water main extension, water/sewer services, site drainage enhancements, and securing environmental resources permits in alignment with the Airport's Stormwater Master Plan.

LAND DEVELOPMENT

BEACON LOGISTICS

We created the Conceptual Civil Design for the construction of this 71-Acre site. Basic Professional Services consisted of conceptual site grading, paving and drainage plans showing typical grades and preliminary drainage system, conceptual water and sewer system plans including sewer pump station and conceptual roadway cross sections.

We meticulously crafted the civil engineering design plans and specifications for a expansive 152-acre residential development, encompassing 1,171 units, including single-family homes, townhouses, villas, and apartments, alongside a picturesque 16-acre lake.

urban development

We crafted comprehensive civil engineering design plans and specifications for an 84-acre mixed-use Single Family/Townhouse development, featuring 477 residential units, including townhouses and single-family homes, complemented by a scenic 9.2-acre lake. Situated in southwest Miami-Dade, the project is located south of SW 240th Street between the Florida Turnpike and SW 112th Avenue.
