Validation Expertise: Our engineers validate the Basis of Design Report (BODR) and compile a comprehensive Validation Report, complete with findings and recommendations. This meticulous process ensures the project’s alignment with the highest standards.
Survey Coordination: We coordinate and review the Topographic Survey, a critical component for project accuracy. Additionally, we’ll oversee the preparation of pipeline easements across key areas, such as FEC railroad tracks and FDOT, streamlining the construction process.
Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and Geotechnical Investigations: SRS will oversee and coordinate SUE and Geotechnical investigations provided by MDWASD, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the project site’s subsurface conditions and utility infrastructure.
Engineering Plan Development: Our team will develop detailed engineering plans for the pipelines, submitting them in review phases at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100%. This iterative approach allows for continuous improvement and feedback, ensuring the final plans meet the highest standards.
Comprehensive Documentation: From the preparation of Contract and Bid Documents to the submission of Dry-Run Permitting Packages, including necessary permits from RER/FDEP/Department, FEC, and FDOT, we’ll ensure all aspects of the project are meticulously documented and compliant.
Construction Support: SRS offers limited engineering services during the construction phase, providing invaluable expertise to address any challenges that may arise, ultimately ensuring the project stays on track.
