 SRS provided engineering and technical personnel on an as needed basis to the City of Miami to provide Construction Engineering and Observation Services for the administration of several construction projects throughout the City of Miami. SRS ensured that the dedicated team of full-time on-site inspection personnel and supervisors provided meticulous oversight throughout the construction process.

Our multifaceted approach encompassed a range of tasks, including Drainage Improvements, Curb and Gutter Replacement, Sidewalk Replacement, Milling and Resurfacing, and Traffic Signal Improvements. Beyond these essential activities, we managed construction coordination, supervised inspectors, scheduled and participated in construction meetings, monitored the contractor’s work, and diligently reviewed and processed applications for payment.
